2026 - 2027 Preschool Program applications are being accepted! 

The Newington Public Schools offers a Preschool Program at our elementary schools in town.  Our preschool program is designed to integrate children with special needs and children who are typically developing.  If you are interested in learning more about our preschool program, please see the "2026 - 2027 Preschool Opportunities and Information" document below.

To be considered for a preschool spot, the preschool application is linked within the "2026 - 2027 Preschool Opportunities and Information" document below. Please read the entire document before submitting an application. Note, complete one application per child.  

Entry to the program is on a space available selection.  If your child is accepted into the program, families will be notified in the Spring of 2026 regarding class placements, registration requirements, and information regarding the start of the school year.
