Field Day

A massive thank you to all of our amazing parent volunteers who came out to help make this year's Field Day such an incredible success! We truly could not have run all the stations and kept the energy high without your time, enthusiasm, and support.

We also want to extend a huge shout-out to our wellness teacher, Mr. Lebler, for coordinating such a fun, active, and exciting event for our students and staff. Thank you for making it a memorable day for the entire Ruth L. Chaffee community!

An Artist Among Us

We are incredibly proud to celebrate our amazing student artist, Lily, whose outstanding artwork has been selected to become a part of the district’s permanent art collection!

To honor this prestigious achievement, Lily was recently recognized at a special Board of Education meeting. She had the wonderful opportunity to showcase her talent joined by Mrs. Frazao, Mrs. Lux, and her parents. Mrs. Frazao and Lily shared the distinguished qualities of her art work with the Superintendent BOE representatives and audience, who commended her exceptional creativity and dedication to the arts.

Please join us in congratulating Lily on this well-deserved and lasting honor. We can’t wait to see where her artistic journey takes her next!

PTA Rock the Block Volunteers Needed!

Our June 5th end-of-year celebration is almost here, and we still have a few volunteer spots to fill!
We're especially looking for someone to help with the Games Station from 7:00–7:30 PM. Volunteer shifts are just 30 minutes long, but they make a big difference in helping us keep all activities running for our students.
If you can lend a hand, please sign up here:

Thank you to everyone who has already volunteered—we couldn't do it without you!
