Starting on 12/7/2020, the following procedures will be in effect with damaged/not working Chromebooks while we are in back in the Hybrid/Full Model.

Students who are in-person (hybrid or full) beginning again on 12/7/2020, should contact their Media Specialist or Educational Technology Teacher at their respective school in order to receive a replacement device.

Students who were FULL Distance Learning, should fill out the Tech Support Form.

Please update your student’s device (directions) and check to see if the problem persists, before making the appropriate contact. All families are also encouraged to purchase Chromebook insurance at www.ezschoolpay.com.
