A huge congratulations to our amazing fourth-grade students on a spectacular Orchestra and Band concert! They did an incredible job showcasing all of their hard work and musical talents.

A special thank you goes to our music teacher, Mr. Balling, who prepared the students beautifully to tackle and perform some truly sophisticated pieces. We are so proud of the dedication, practice, and teamwork our students displayed. Thank you to all the families and staff who came out to support our young musicians!

We finally were able to have our March and April PBIS assembly. During this assembly we were able to recognize both March and April Students of the Month.

We also recognized our March Star Students which focused on students who made an effort to include others, and notice and take action when someone is feeling excluded.

For April our star Star Students were recognized for making an effort to show respect to themselves, others, Ruth Chaffee School, and the world around them.

Congratulations to all for their great work here at Ruth Chaffee!

The last Scholastic Book Fair of the year will start on Monday, 5/18/26, and run through Friday 5/22/26. As we have done with the previous two book fairs this year, all students will have a browsing day on Monday or Tuesday with their class, and then they will have an opportunity to shop Wednesday through Friday. Please see the attached schedule to see when your student's class is scheduled to browse and shop.
