Good Morning Parents and Guardians,
Thank you again for your ongoing support with our COVID protocols. I have fielded questions this week about hallway and mask protocols for this year, which have changed from last year. Masks are to be work at all times regardless of vaccine status except:
-when outdoors with social distancing
-when alone in an area
-when staff is clarifying directions in the classroom with appropriate social distancing
-when on a mask break with appropriate mitigation strategies in place
We no longer have one way hallways. Updated CDC/DPH guidance indicates that students/staff pass each other so quickly that it would not be considered a close contact. As always, we monitor students in the hall to remind them to pass quickly with appropriate social distancing. Masks are required in the hallways.
